Meet the Team: Eric Paulson
Oct 19, 2020
Meet: Eric Paulson, Chief Operating Officer
“Although change is hard, every change presents a new opportunity. Whether or not we capitalize on that opportunity is based off our decision and positive mindset.”
Eric Paulson, Chief Operating Officer, is not one to fear change. In fact, the ever-changing agriculture industry is his biggest motivator when coming to work each day. “What motivates me are the challenges with finding new ways of doing business and utilizing new technology to be as efficient as possible, while providing the best products and services to our customers.”
Having worked at Full Circle Ag for over 2 years, Eric has been involved in both our agronomy and grain divisions. Prior to Full Circle Ag, Eric spent 3 years working as a Sales Agronomist out of Milbank, SD. Along with his experience, Eric also has a good educational backing. He is a 2015 graduate of Northern State University with a B.A. in Business Administration while majoring in Accounting. Go Wolves!
Actively involved on various boards within the community, Eric is also a proud member of the 2018 graduating class of South Dakota Ag Business Association’s “Tomorrow’s Ag Leaders” program. We have had multiple employees graduate from the TAL program through the SDABA, all thanks to Eric’s initial participation in the program.
Eric oversees all day-to-day operations within the company, manages our rolling stock, and has direct oversight of our agronomy division. “Eric's dedication and commitment to Full Circle Ag's success are evident in all he does. Along with his hard-working attitude, knowledge, and skills, he brings great leadership to FCA and has the drive to move this company forward into the future.” Hope Christenson, CFO.
Eric and his wife, Jatelyn, are the proud parents of Dexen and Dansby, twin 1-year old boys. Jatelyn and Eric have been married for 5 years and are happy to be raising their boys in the Britton area. In his spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time at the lake.
