  • Blending, mixing, delivering, loading, and unloading fertilizer, ag chemicals, seed, and merchandise as directed. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required for housekeeping, maintenance, and safety.
  • Machinery maintenance.
  • Resolve routine operation problems. 
  • Accurately blend and load out trucks. 
  • Deliver chemicals & fertilizer to custom applicators. 
  • Can accurately mix/blend chemicals & fertilizers in accordance with requirements.

  • Required to make seed, fertilizer, and chemical recommendations to growers.
  • Work alongside fellow agronomists to carry out daily responsibilities. 
  • Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology.   
  • Provides outstanding and courteous customer service.
  • Promotion of chemical, seed, fertilizer products that will best serve our customers. 
  • Maintain and grow agronomy sales based off yearly budgeted goals.
  • Comply with safety and security policies and participate in safety training required by FCA.
  • Communicate daily activities, needs, and accomplishments with Location Manager.
  • Reconcile and report customer issues and concerns to the Location Manager. 
  • Complete all reports as required by Location Manager and COO.
  • Coordinates with operations to serve member owners.

  • Promoting products and techniques through educational presentations.
  • Scouting fields to collect the proper soil, seed, and plant samples.

Energy Service Technician (Multiple Openings)

Summary: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of home heat, grain drying systems refined fuel systems, bulk oil systems, bulk DEF systems and all supporting equipment.

  • Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees always.
  • Installation and service of heating systems, grain drying systems, and refined fuel systems.
  • Provides outstanding and courteous customer service.
  • Ensures the safe use of company service vehicles.
  • Operate equipment including bobtail fuel, lp, and oil trucks, loaders and forklifts, any other equipment as necessary. 
  • Provides customers with solutions to their energy, comfort needs.
  • On call for energy emergencies regarding propane gas line leaks, and/or fuel/gas tanks.
  • Assists with other technicians and /or other employees as needed.  
  • Attends and participates in company training programs.
  • Inspects oil, gas, fuel, and propane tanks and piping. 
  • Troubleshoots, services, repairs, and maintains energy systems.  
  • Utilizes company equipment safely and properly.
  • Accept additional responsibilities and duties as directed by the Energy Manager or Energy Service Tech Manager.

  • Stock shelves in the store and include price tags on each item on the shelf.
  • Compute every transaction.
  • Assist customers by providing information and resolving their complaints. 
  • Receive payments for products sold-whether by cash, check, credit cards, or charge to customers.
  • Willingness to establish flex shifts.

Summary: Responsible for delivering grain, fertilizers, seed, feed & chemicals to various locations/customer’s field(s). Able to assist in all operations at locations within the cooperative. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Supports Full Circle Ag’s stated Vision, Mission, and Business Values.
  • Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees always.
  • Provides outstanding and courteous customer service.
  • Comply with safety and security policies and participate in safety training.
  • Responsible for daily maintenance, cleanliness & compliance with state & federal regulations of equipment.
  • Attend continuing education courses to maintain a quality level of knowledge of the products, regulations, and customer relations. 
  • Be able to communicate in a professional manner with the producer, salesman, and location manager. 
  •  Delivering, loading, and unloading grain, fertilizer, ag chemicals, seed, and merchandise as directed. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation as required for housekeeping, maintenance, and safety.
  • Machinery maintenance.
  • Resolve routine operation problems. 
  • Deliver chemicals & fertilizer to custom applicators. 
  • Accept additional responsibilities and duties as directed by the division manager.
  • Read and follow Full Circle Ag employee policies.

Communication Expectations

  • Notify the Transportation Division Manager of unsafe working conditions or equipment.
  • Communicates company policy and safety protocols.
  • Notify the Transportation Division Manager of breakdowns, equipment repair, replacement, or upgrades.
  • Notify the Transportation Division Manager of any agronomy/ grain standard or Full Circle Ag policy violations.
  • Communicate the information necessary to co-workers to perform tasks according to their job requirements, maintain location efficiency, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Ask the Transportation Division Manager for information or instructions when needed. 
  • Inform the Transportation Division Manager of suggestions to improve safety, operating efficiency or increase business.
  • Immediately report any work-related injury, property damage, or theft to the Transportation Division Manager. 

Qualifications:  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid driver’s license.  Obtain and maintain a CDL and necessary endorsements. Willing to train the right individual.
